Difference between a Religious Jew and Orthodox Jew?

Dennis is a deeply religious Jew, though not Orthodox. Religious individuals are committed to their faith and its beliefs, while Orthodox Jews go further by striving to follow all the laws of Judaism, which are incredibly detailed and extensive. For Dennis, his faith is a central part of his life, but he doesn't feel the need to adhere to every single law in the way that Orthodox Jews do.
